We've got to say it, so here it is... Uniting Bands Members Agreement: Registering for membership at (Uniting Bands)unitingbands.com, you agree to abide by the following rules and conditions. If for any reason you do not agree to these rules and conditions, DO NOT proceed with registering on our website. 1) This is a legal Agreement between you(the "Member") and Uniting Bands. Please read the Agreement carefully before registering for membership at Uniting Bands. By registering at Uniting Bands, the member becomes a member and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to be a Member. 2) ALL Uniting Band members must be 18 years of age or over. You acknowledge that some of the areas of the Uniting Bands site may contain material that is inappropriate for minors. 3) The member or Uniting Bands may terminate membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. Uniting Bands reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the member's access to Uniting Bands members area, without any prior notice, upon any breach of this Agreement which is brought to Uniting Band's attention. 4) Uniting Bands reserves the right to edit or modify any offensive material and to remove at our discretion and without warning any member who violates these rules. Member will NOT post in profile any photos containing pornography or any comments that could be deemed defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material. Uniting Bands reserves the right terminate any profile that does not conform to this. 5) The member will NOT post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. 6) Membership at Uniting Bands is for sole personal use. The member may not assign, transfer, or sell this membership. 7) The member accept all responsibility for information that is posted about him/herself and about others. The member will also assume complete responsibility for information and comments posted onto this website. 8) The member is solely responsible for their interactions with other Uniting Bands Members. You(the "Member") PROMOTE your own name and music. 9) The member will use Uniting Bands in a manner that abides by all applicable laws and regulations. 10) The member is solely responsible for posting personal information like name, e-mail address, phone number, address, age, and sex and understands that posting this information could be deemed dangerous. Uniting Bands takes NO liability and responsibility for any members or actions resulting in information posted on their profile page. All Information will be considered public information. If the member does not want certain information posted, do NOT enter it in the appropriate field. Warranty / Limitation of Liability Uniting Bands PROVIDES MEMBERS SERVICE "AS IS" AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. Uniting Bands SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED COPYRIGHTS, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SERVICES FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Uniting Bands does not warrant that the member's use of Uniting Bands service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet the member's computers requirements or ISP, or that any defects in the website or service will be corrected. Uniting Bands does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of the information on the service. Uniting Bands takes no responsibility for the reliability of opinions, advice, statements, or any other materials posted by our members.
